I have been in the financial services industry from 2015.In 2017 I took a survey in which women mentioned lack of knowledge as the highest voted reason behind not being involved in any financial decisions of their own/ family life. There after have been spreading financial awareness amoung women.

Understand various investment options their pro's and con's. Write down your goals and calculate their target values. Analyze your existing investments based on goal realization. Stop the non-useful instruments and continue the useful instruments ahead to achieve goals.
Implement your plan and review your assumptions every year. Keep studying for any changes.
